Speed-date your idea fatale! This activity is dedicated to quickly testing the impact of the ideas onto different stakeholders, as well as get feedback to (can be quickly changed/adjusted) presentation approaches.
It is basically an “elevator pitch” practice transferred into higher education pedagogy environment (workshop or seminar modus).
Here is a template of the activity announcement/brief:
Each team divides into two groups. Each group presents their idea to a potential investor/CEO situated at a “station” (4 such are offered). Each group chooses two speakers, other members observe and take notes. Each round is structured as follows:
- 3 mins (180 secs) PITCH (to investor)
- 3 mins (180 secs) FEEDBACK (by investor)
- 3 mins (180 secs) IMPROVEMENT (group conclave)
- +1 min to change-station, a team moves to another investor
After 4 rounds (4 stations) the idea is presented again at all 4 stations by the other speaker.

- REVOLUTION 1:
12.00 – round 1
12.10 – round 2
12.20 – round 3
